Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Victory+ Running Shoe:

Terrible shoe, I wanted a fast neutral shoe and what I got is a stiff shoe with a painful bunch of plastic around the middle of the shoe. This shoe gets a star because it is pretty, but apart from that I do not recommend this shoe to anyone. If you want a light shoe but a Zoom Forever, or a Waffle Racer, or even a Zoom Victory Spike, but do not buy the Zoom Victory Trainer.

Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Victory+ Running Shoe:

I am really disappointed with this shoes. I bought it a few weeks ago just before the NYC Marathon. They are light and responsive but they gave me immediate problems even so I ran just 5 miles in them. I have never had that before with any other shoe. I immediately developed plantar fasciitis pain and had my achilles was red. I guess a mile more and I'd have a big blister. I can't recommend this shoe. Nike hasn't done a good Job on this one. I will definetely not buy another pair.

Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Victory+ Running Shoe:

This shoe has a pretty stiff heel, one that took 4-5 mid-distance runs to break in. I had some pretty solid blisters after the 1st couple of runs. As a forefoot striker, I'm satisfied with the shoe now and prefer its light weight and solid design. It's not the best shoe I've had but it is more than decent.

Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Victory+ Running Shoe:

A just wore these shoes for the first time on a 5 mile run. A developed a blister on my left achilles and I had trouble making left turns because the left shoe would rub on my ankle bone. Right shoe did not seem to give me any trouble. I will give them a another try to try to break them in. Never had to break in a shoe before. Will not purchse again.

Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Victory+ Running Shoe:

I returned these after running less than half a mile. There is a goofy band of stiff fabric on the upper that runs from the laces down to the toe, and every time I pushed off that band pushed down on my toenails. The shoe just doesn't feel right in many ways: the soles are stiff; the uppers are insubstantial; the lacing/tongue is uncomfortable if you have high arches. As with a lot of Nike products, these seem gimicky more than functional. I have been running in Nikes for 26 years, but this fall I switched to Adidas. The current crop of Nikes is just garbage. But they totally change their lineup every 6 months so there's always next year. What a weird company.

I am returning these shoes. Nike needs to work on selling some shoes that don't blister your achilles. These shoes are totally worthless.

Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Victory+ Running Shoe:

This is a fairly stable shoe, light-weight with firm cushioning. I have no problem with blisters on my achilles from these at all--could be because I land mid-foot instead of the back of the heel. These would be excellent for forefoot strikers, because the heel is not high.

Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Victory+ Running Shoe:

I to got a blister in the achilles area and have to use bandaids when i wear them. They're very light but give plenty of support. The tongue is made of a flimsy piece of material. it is easy for this to get folded when lacing. If it weren't for the blisters I'd give them 5 stars as they are otherwise very comfortable and help you fast runs.

Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Victory+ Running Shoe:

I have about 25 miles on these shoes. Cushioning is a bit on the firm side, an advantage for faster paced runs. I got a blister in the achilles area. The uppers seem rather stiff with less padding than other shoes and may need more time to break-in.

Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Victory+ Running Shoe:

Like the shoes. Tried the new Skylons, but they did not fit my heel well at all. Was a little scared of these, as the heels on the shoe were very stiff -(compared to a standard shoe like a Vomero or a Cumulus) However, they broke in nicely. Fit snug, but not overly so. Like the cushion on these, responsive and not mushy. Have not gone beyond 10 miles in these yet. Considering using them for a marathon shoe, but still a little leary of whether or not the heel would become an issue in the later miles. Very light, can easily be a race flat.
