great shoes, only con is the shoe laces feel like they could breack...especially since at the start of a race your nervous so it kinda gets me off though...but still the best racing shoes ive had. WELL WORTH the cost

these shoes are awesome to run cross country in. they are so light it feels like your running barefoot but yet they have a strong bottom layer to protect yuor feet from rocks and hard surfaces. they are great lol
