These were the first pair of spikes I have purchased and I am very satisfied with them. Yesterday, I used them in my first meet and they helped me to chop 20 seconds off of my mile time. They are really light and comfortable. I recommend!

I run cross country and track and these shoes are great for both. These shoes are extreamly comfortable and light weight but they still give the support I need. I would definily recomment these shoes to someone who is looking for a supportive, light weight spike.
