I loved the Air Structure Triax 10's and hoped these would be similar. Alas, these shoes look better but are much less comfortable. Instead of a great heel to toe roll, I get a noticeable two-phase feel. The goretex toe box is stiff but not stiff enough to keep me from getting sore spots on my toes....

I had been running in the "Non-GTX" version of these shoes with decent comfort so I thought these would be a logical buy for winter train running. Much to my surprise these shoes felt considerably firmer than the traditional Triax 11's. I'm 6'1", 170 lbs and generally run around 50 miles/wk. 3 mi...
