Best Uses Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I ran the 2010 Surf City 1/2, the LA, and the OC 1/2 Marathons in these shoes. Prior to these, I ran in different New Balance stability shoes for many years. Recent NB designs don't fit me as well as before. As soon as I slipped my feet in the ZOOM STRUCTURE TRIAX+ 13, I wanted them. They feel much lighter, softer, and more comfortable in comparison to the NB 1063 and the Saucony Progrid (both are also stability). I don't think they need to be broken in. First time I ran in the Triax+13 was during the Surf City Half Marathon & they felt great. I wear them with the RRS Medium Drymax. This combo keeps my feet dry.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: Love these shoes! Size-wise they are the same as all Nikes: IMO, about 1/2 size small. I'm an under-pronator, and these seem to be pretty stable. I'm currently running on an injury, and these shoes aren't making it worse, at least. Maybe it's a little better?? These shoes ar soft enough that they absorb some of the impact from sidewalks and asphalt, but they're not too soft. They're roomy in the toes, but my feet(average width) don't slip around. Very nice shoes. They are my new favorites. I got the pink ones, they're much brighter than I expected. Extraordinarily bright colors seem to be the new norm for Nike. In a perfect world, I'd like them a little more muted, but the color doesn't bother me.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: Note that I marked the size as "1/2 small" because I bought a 1/2 size larger than my dress shoes, which I almost always do with running shoes. So, as running shoes go, I would say these are true to size (if you're sizing up correctly.)
Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I'm not so sure about version 13. I liked my Triax 12s very much, but both pairs of 13's that I purchased squeak! Almost like the air cushion is popped inside or loose. In addition, the heal of the 13's seems to be even more built up than the 12's. Not good. Color references: The pink color is bubblegum pink! Beware! The Orange is not really orange at all; it's more of a crimson red. Very nice color. Pros

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: As a 150lb, 5'6" runner I obviously need a little extra cushioning, especially for longer runs. With these shoes I have been running 20-40 miles per week; previously a staunch Nike-hater, they are actually pretty decent shoes. A few points:

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I've been on a shoe search for the past year. The shoe I'd been running in for years had drastic changes in the new model, and it no longer worked for me. Tried another brand, and it felt great for a month or so, then my old injuries started kicking in. On my son's recommendation, I looked at Nike products again. The Structure Triax 13 was suggested on a runner's forum, so I decided to give it a try. When I received the shoe, I was two weeks away from a half marathon. I wore it in my training runs, and noticed immediate relief from the nagging aches and pains I'd been feeling. There wasn't the usual breaking-in period either - they felt great right out of the box. During the half marathon my feet were definitely happy - no irritation or hot spots - and they were still happy at the end of 13.1 miles! It looks like I've finally found "my shoe."

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I got these shoes as recommeded by feet specialists because I overpronate. I use them with the berry superfeet, and I feel great! Running has never been so fun! The shoes run a little small, in my opinion. Other Nikes I have purchased were 8s, but I had to get an 8.5 in these ones. They are great shoes though!!!

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: Using these shoes as a second pair of marathon training shoes. They look great and feel good. Give enough cushioning and support.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I have been using these sneakers for over 10 years. I have tried different types, such as Asics, other Nike's and Adidas, but after a few months, these are by far the best! They may be a little heavier than most others, but they have made them a little lighter in the past year. Ont top of it, I ran the Boston Marathon with Plantar Fasciitis in these shoes, and 1 week later, I am back out running. No more trying other shoes!!!

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: Can always count on Structure Triax to be a solid performer. Stability matched with forefoot cushioning - not an easy combination to find!

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: These shoes fit wonderfully. I did size up a 1/2 size, since Nikes tend to run small on my feet :) They are so lightweight and comfortable. I wore them brand new out of the box, and ran a 10k with absolutely no problems, ended up with one of my best times! :) I will be purchasing a couple more pairs of these, I'm so impressed, they are awesome.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I am a runner, currently in training for an upcomming 1/2 marathon (25 - 30 miles/week). I alternate in Nike, Adidas and Saucony. I liked the cushion, stability and lightness of the Triax 13's. However, about 2 miles into my 6 mile run this morning, I started to get some tingling in the balls of my feet and toes. Are these shoes too small? Should I have sized up one whole size? I compared these shoes to my old Saucony Guides and Nike Moto's (all sizes 9.5's) and the Triax's are a tiny bit shorter. I'm too vain to wear 10's, so I'll keep these for expensive walking shoes and go in search of another running shoe.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: The most comfortable gym/walking/jogging shoes I have ever owned. ALso look great with peddal pushers and jeans. was very sad to hear that they are not continuing the shoe.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I over-pronate, but hate heavy shoes. These really are comfortable light in comparison to other stability shoes I've tried. Nike's tend to be too narrow for me so I went with the wide and the fit is great. Liked them so much I ordered a second pair.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I just got my shoes two weeks ago. I am writing this review after a couple of runs with the shoe. I must say that I love these shoes! They are extremely comfortable and have amazing support. My knees and feet do not hurt after my runs and I run 12-15 miles per week. I feel like I am running on a cloud. And I got them on sale because Nike has made the Structure Triax+ 14. Thanks Nike!

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I put a lot of miles in these shoes and they performed great until the end. So great, that I was bought a second pair of the exact shoe. The second time I went with the wide width...I don't usually buy wide width, but I'm glad I did, there was no uncomfortable period of time while the shoe stretched a little.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: This shoe was the right flexibility with the right stability to allow for my foot to comfortably run outside. Once I switched into it from a higher stability shoe, I stopped having pains and I increased my ankle/foot strength.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I have high arches so appreciate the good support. Also, in many shoes, my toes get numb, and these have a wide enough toe box that my feet stay comfortable for my whole run.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: I use this shoe for walking and average about 15 to 20 miles a week walking, mostly outside. I have a wide foot and was able to get this shoe in a D width. It's a very comfortable shoe for me. This is the 3rd pair that I have ordered. They usually last me about 6 months before I wear out the outside of the heel.

Comments about Womens Nike Zoom Structure Triax+ 13 Running Shoe: Nike has really improved their Structure Triax shoe. I used to run in them all the time, but they tended to be too heavy and lacked cushion. The last few models have lightened up a bit, fit the foot well and have a cusioned feel. I have come back to this shoe after a haitus and am glad I did.
