Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I am an avid trail runner, and do ultra races. I switched to minimal shoes a few years ago (Nike Free and Vibram 5 finger), and have never felt better. Most people would not consider these a trail shoe (not a ton of traction or support), but my feet have never been healthier. I particularly like the fun pink and purple colors! I also find that they last for many more miles than you would think. The only con is the tread sometimes picks up rocks/gravel because it's so flexible, but this model is better than the last few I've had.

Best Uses Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I was looking for a shoe that would put a little more between me and the pavement than my vibram 5 "finger" shoes as I'm trying to run as naturally as possible. These are those shoes! Toe box is wider than most other running shoes which is fine for me. The flexibility is AWESOME. Felt good on my feet the first time out. I'm a treadmill runner but these are great to run around in all day.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I only run in Nike Free, because with them I have never had shin splints. I have very average feet with no knee problems, my feet do not need support and I don't feel comfortable with shoes that try to mold my foot to their shape. I buy 1/2 size up because I was told by a professional runner to do so and it works. I'm 49 years old woman and have been running for six years. I run 3 to 6 miles four or five times a week if not more. The best feature besides the lightness and flexibility is the integrated tongue lacing system, it fits like a glove.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I live in these shoes. I wish Roadrunner carried all of the colors and kept them in stock at their local stores.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I switched from asics to NIKE honestly just because I had heard great things about this shoe and the color options and designs were AMAZING! Hot pink, purple and green lime, I liked them all.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I love the Nike Free VO 4 shoes, but since they have updated them they now seem to run a little bigger now, I could probably gotten a half a size smaller.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: [...] I love these shoes - feel like I'm a kid again, so light and free. I'm a mid-foot striker and light on my feet, so these have worked for me from the get-go.So far, using them for road runs up to 10 miles.Possible issues: traction and sole life (but both remain to be seen).

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: They're incredibly lightweight and flexible, but provided more than enough cushion to keep my midfoot from getting sore.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I run in this shoe daily and LOVE it. After two weeks, I could already tell that my feet were stronger, as well as the muscles that support my joints. I've run up to 12 miles in this shoe comfortably, but generally I wear this shoe for mid week recovery runs and speed work.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I train for marathons in these, but I am still not brave enough to run a marathon in them. I hope that they are strengthening my feet. I love them for their light and breezy feel.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I love my Nike Free's. These were my second pair, and although I am hesitant to wear them on longer runs, they are perfect for a 3-5 miler. I feel it in my calfs the next day after a run because they make you run on the front of your foot.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I feel like I can fly in these. It's as comfy as wearing socks but with a sole. They don't slip on my narrow heal either.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I tried the LunarRacer (did 4.5 miles) and hated them. Returned them to RRS (with no problems) and got the Nike Free Run. They are lightweight and very flexible. Got a half size up and they fit perfect. Not tight around the toe box area like the LunarRacer. I wouldn't suggest them for people with really wide feet though. I have bunions on both my feet and these shoes were fine. There's good cushioning in them, not sure if I would use them for more than a half marathon though. Good shoe for the gym and crosstraining.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: These are my new favorite running shoes, they are very light weight and I think improve my speed, the only problem with them is they do collect little rocks in the sole.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I normally can't wear Nikes as they are too narrow, however, these fit perfectly. I like that fact that there are no seams and no tongue. I've had problems in the past with the tongue shifting around and seams rubbing.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I got a pair of these as a gift and was skeptical since I run about 40 miles a week. I wore them tonight for a short run with the dogs....OH MY GOSH they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! And i just bought a new pair of running shoes last week and ran 8 miles in those this morning. The difference was amazing in the two. I am not sure how they will hold up for longer runs or length of time, but I have happy feet right now!

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: After wearing the Nike Lunarglides for 1 year during my marathon training, I was ready to shift to something lighter for my summer triathlon season. My sister has had Free's over the years and highly recommends them, so I decided to order a pair. In my first run in them it took me about 20 minutes to get used to the different/minimalist structure, but after that initial 20 minutes they were fine. I love the built-in sock/liner thing which definitely makes them good triathlon shoes, in my opinion. I've done a few brick runs in them, and I am able to just slide my foot in the shoe - already tied & double knotted.

Comments about Womens Nike Free Run+ Running Shoe: I love this shoe! I wear it for short and long runs, both on road and on trail. I switched to this shoe after several years of persistent foot problems, and have been on the mend ever since. Also, I am prone to ankle sprains and in regular running shoes would sprain an ankle every couple of months, especially while running on trail. Since converting to the Frees, I haven't had a single sprain.
