Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Rival D V Track and Field Shoe: These spikes are great! I was skeptical about how much of a difference they would make, but the difference is huge. Right out of the box, you notice how light these shoes are. Feels like you're lifting styrofoam. The sizing is correct; if you're in between 2 sizes, go with the smaller. Fit is a bit narrow but not a big deal and not really uncomfortable. Dropped my mile time from 5:40 to 5:26 the first time I wore them.

Comments about Mens Nike Zoom Rival D V Track and Field Shoe: great shoes, friend borrowed for a quick 4x400 at the end of a meet and he liked them so much he ordered a pair, good support on the bottom with the plastic plate, supports feet well with spikes in them. Cool look too, i always find that important, light weight, durable, wouldnt run anything higher than a 880 in them though. I also dont recomend them if u wont be on all weather tracks alot, short spikes are recomended maybe 3/16 or 1/4 inch
