These are my first running spikes and so far I've had an excellent experience with them. Many people think that they are too narrow but they are ok for me. Make sure you order .5 size larger. To start off a they look amazing. The have all the cool neon colors but this is also a drawback as they get dirty easily. The grooves in the bottom of the shoe get little rocks stuck in them. With these on, I beat my old record 2 times for the 5k getting around 20:00. Get these!
