Comments about Womens Nike Air Max+ 2012 Running Shoe: I have high arches and have been wearing Nike Air Max and Air Max + shoes for years. I cannot wear any other running shoe. They are excellent for high arches and for cushioning. You need to buy a 1/2 size larger than your regular shoes (as indicated on this website) or the toe will be too small. The only downside for me is that they are bulky/heavy, but I cannot run without the cushioning. I have no problem trading heaviness for proper arch support and cushioning.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max+ 2012 Running Shoe: I went into the store and did the fitting and got this as my first fitted shoe. OMG I am walking on cloud 9!!! So very comfortable! I have to wear orthodics and they work great. Bought a second and third pair, just so I can trade off shoes! Colors are stylish. I wear them every day.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max+ 2012 Running Shoe: I've been having issues lately with Nike sneakers which is sad because I've worn this brand of sneaker for well over 20 years. I ordered a 8.5 (1/2 size up from my normal size as recommended) and had to send them back as they were too tight. Ordered a size 9 and these seem to fit fine. The only thing I don't understand is why is Nike designing sneakers with relatively pointy toes?? It looks strange, not to mention that design makes your feet look enormous. I can't say I "love" these sneakers, but I think I will develop a fondness for them the more I run in them. I wish Nike had stuck more with designing functional and practical sneakers instead of leaning more towards the fashion side. I've been a long-time fan of their products, but they seem to be missing the boat lately which is disappointing.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max+ 2012 Running Shoe: I've been using these shoes while increasing my distance. They are great even after a long run. I now wear them all the time if I can help it. Great cushioning and they absorb the impact. I use them hard and they stand up to the test. There was no break in period for these shoes. The only downfall is that they are not a wide shoe.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max+ 2012 Running Shoe: I bought these shoes as my final trainers & race shoes for the 2012 Marine Corps Marathon. They were fine for a week or two then noticed a pain in the joint of my right toe. As I tapered it went away, but came back during the race. At first I didn't attribute the injury to the shoe, but my chiro agrees that it most likely was the cause. If you like a roomy toe box this shoe is definitely not for you. I am a VIP and plan to return these.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens Nike Air Max+ 2012 Running Shoe: I went through the Shoe Dog process and tried various recommended shoes by the staff. I need neutral for stability, and width B. The final decisoin came down to a pair of Nike Vomero and the Air Maxx. I REALLY wanted the Air Maxx but just couldn't bring myself to spend the extra money on that particular day. The Nike Vomero have been great, but I have been watching the Air Maxx ever since so that I have a pair for rotation purposes. They just might have fallen into my price range. If I do make the move and buy them, will post a follow-up on how well they are working.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max+ 2012 Running Shoe: I am at the gym 5 days a week. I run/walk 4-5 miles each of those days. I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital, and I am constantly on my feet. These shoes are very comfortable, and my feet never hurt! I live in these shoes!!! I am about to buy my second pair, just to have another color option.
Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about Womens Nike Air Max+ 2012 Running Shoe: I am a 10 mile a week runner, 5'9" 155 lbs. I usually run in a Nike Zoom Vomero (like running on cotton balls!), and thought I would try this one. NOOOOOO not the same at ALL. This shoe is very stiff. It should feel a part of your foot, and it is very clunky. Not for me. It also seems to run long as well, so even more awkward! I don't get why the price is so $$$$ for this shoe!
