I started running in Nike Free+ 2 after having PF so bad & not being able to run for 11 months. They have helped my foot get stronger and I love running in them. My longest run so far has been 6 miles. Very comfortable. Took Free+ 3 out right away for a 5 miler and were perfect. Lightweight, fast and comfy. I bought the pink one...which are neon pink. Be forwarned! They are traffic stoppers!

This shoe is great! Unbelievably comfortable with every step you take. I couldn't get past how great they are! I love the snug feel around the middle of my foot.
Highly recommend these for any athlete! Even as a fashion shoe, they are so cute with jeans.

I am a senior in high school. I am on the track and field team. I run short distance like the 200 meter and throw shot put and discus. They are perfect when I have to throw, they give my high arch a great feel. When I run, they were soft, gave support, and were light.

I'm an avid runner & find these shoes great for up to 1/2 Marathons. Two suggestion I would have
are stablize the tongue to keep from sliding & toe box not as boxy as Adrenalines which are great. But love these Nike Free +3 shoes & if recommendations fixed they're a keeper!

I have been running in Frees for a couple of years now and love them for distances up to about 15 miles. After that, I need a little more cushion and support than these offer - but I tend to pronate as I fatigue. But with the Nike Free Run+ 3, Nike, as usual, couldn't leave well enough alone. The shoe seems much more narrow through the instep (but the toe box is still nice and roomy). My first run in them didn't prove to be too uncomfortable, they seemed to stretch a little and I losened the laces. Also, they changed back to a regular tongue rather than the sock like inside. That could be what is leading to a tighter feel in the shoe. The tongue doesn't really bother me, but I like the old one better. The support and feel on the road is the same otherwise. I just wish Nike would just stick to "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

I think I've tried every pair of running shoes...from Asics to Saucony and all resulted in some type of lower leg injury. I think the problem is the stability shoes tried to correct my pronation and my legs weren't ready for that; since I run a lot. The Free Run+3's are neutral. It allows my feet to naturally land the way it wants without any correction. It's as close to barefoot running you can get but still provides cushion and protection from the road. I absolutely love these shoes. They're not only loud and awesome but they also do their job and provide the support that I need. I received the lime as a gift and within two days I went out and purchased the pink. These shoes rock and I would recommend these to any runner!
