Nike Lunarglide 4 is an improvement over all previous versions. The shoe is snug, but it offers a lot of cushioning while still being extremely lightweight.

If ordering the advertised version of Grey/Neon Lime, please know this shoe color doesn't exist on RRS. Instead, you'll receive the shoe color of Stealth/Reflective Silver-Electric Green. It's a great looking shoe, but it's neon green instead of neon yellow.

Love the new update for the Lunarglide series. Finally, the "Lunar Trainer" feel has returned. Nike has really came through with the Lunarglide 4. My first week consists of treadmill, hills and pavement running. The shoes held up like a champ. They are light enough for speed work, tempo runs, road races and triathlons. The one big test for the shoes is the "long run", which I plan for this Saturday. When Nike came out with the Lunar Trainer I thought it was the greatest shoe ever, to only stay around for one year. That was bad for me. Now with the edition of the Lunarglide 4 the feeling is back (for now). I'll know if the shoe is for real after this Saturday's long run of 12 miles. I think the shoes will do fine. Be fit everyone.

I wear these to do interval sprints and jog on the treadmill. Very supportive to my feet, I have wide feet and these shoes fit really well. I'm a US9.5 and went with a US10. I'm not a huge fan of the insole the shoes come with, they are way too thin. The updated dynamic support system is probably one of the best.
I highly recommend, they are so comfortable I went to the gym twice today, just to run in them a second time!

As suggested go for a .5 size up. I wore a 10 in the LunarGlide 2 and every other Nike runner I own. Wound up with 10.5 in these. Incredibly lightweight. I do, however, like to mix up my daily runs with some trail/gravel. This is a problem. These are definitely designed strictly for the road based on the traction/sole pattern/material in my opinion. (I do 20 miles a week)

This is clearly one of the top 5 neutral trainer running shoes out today. As I look through both closets and shoe racks in my hallway, I have over 80 pairs of running shoes, about 30 still new and unused, so I have some shoes to compare this too. I ran track in College and I continue to buy and try different shoes still.

This Nike shoe is such a great shoe from the sole up. Super comfortable, very light, I still feel I midfoot strike in these without any effort and the shoe just feels so natural the minute you put it on. Nike really has something special with the lunarlon foam, it's cushioning is 2nd to none. This shoe provides good support but my foot doesn't feel caged in like a pronation control shoe, it still feels relatively flexible. I put over 300 miles on the first pair with average ware, but I'm a midfoot foot strke so I feel these held up very well. I just odered my 2nd pair.

I'm also a fan of the Brooks pureflow, Saucony powergrid kinvara 4 and cortana, Puma mobium elite and Skechers go run 2 and go run ride 2 which I've ran in all. I've yet to try the Reebok one series, Kswiss qwicky blade light or the Pearl Izumi road m3 or road n2 and still waiting on Adidas to come out with something besides the boost, too big of a heel drop, I still love the cushioned response 16. But for long tough runs,(6-12 miles pushing the pace) these shoes are just so incredibly great. I'm not sure Nike can do any better than this particular version the Lunarglide+4, it truly is a perfect neutral trainer

As far as performance of the shoe goes they're amazing. Without a doubt the most breathable shoe I've ever owned and the lightest. They're cushioned perfectly and look great. I do have a slight issue with the color, I got the red/gray shoes and they're extremely bright. The red is still red it's not a neon or pink, just vibrant. If you can deal with the bright color then have at it!

I thought my Vomero+7's were nice, but the Lunarglide 4 beat them by a long shot. Love these shoes for casual use, walking, and jogging.

I bought these as a cushioned, mildly supportive shoe to rotate on easy run days. I love the mid foot wrap that the fly wire provides, and the seamless inner bootie and overlay free upper. Only downsides so far is the outsole has worn extremely fast in the center of the forefoot. They are also a little warmer than a few other shoe options that I currently have. But they are honestly comfortable enough that I want to wear them more often than planned.

i have to go up an extra size in most Nike shoes. i really like the color combinations and different colors. i actually have 8 or 9 different color combinations. i like to match my shoes to my running outfits.

I run 4-8 miles 4-5 days/wk. I have a high arch and these sneakers fit very comfortable while still providing good support

I've changed from a neutral shoe to brands from the stabilty line over the years, and the RoadRunner people were great about helping to find the best fit. I'll probably go get another pair.

I had been running in Air Pegasus for the past 4 years. Decided to go another route due to all of the negative comments about the redesign. So far these are comfortable and light weight. I can see others concern that they may wear out quickly though. Im 6' 210 lbs and havent had any pains so I would say they are well cushioned too. Run about 10 miles a week.
