These flats are seriously the best light weight shoes I've ever stepped foot in. They are great for putting in fast, hard miles; they aren't any shoes to mess around in. I typically use these shoes to grind out the hardest workouts such as my tempos, end-of-intervals and post-race hard-tempo runs. I LOVE to use these on road races as they excel on the road. These shoes are excellent in being minimalist, light and fast shoes. They live up to the trend and set a pretty high bar for any shoes that come after it... I don't know if I even want any other flats than these... Compared to the LT 2s, I love these shoes a lot more for their breath-ability and lightness. Also the Lts look cooler than the LT 2s. If you are looking for structure, stability and protection, this is NOT the shoe for you. It has little to no arch support, the cushioning is minimal and motion control is not even apparent. One thing I legitimately do not like about this shoe is the lack of durability in lots of mileage. For me, the insides of the feet (of the shoe) tear up and that looks bad. It's still able to be run in but it looks silly. I've probably put in... 200-250 miles on these. Give or take. I REALLY WISH NIKE COULD STILL MAKE THESE WORKS OF WONDER. P.S. Never wear these shoes going up a sand dune. Never do it. Ever.
