I love the Nike LunarGlide +4 Shield!! I trained for my last marathon in the LunarGlide +3s and these are just an even better improvement. They keep my flat feet very stable, preventing pain in my calfs and shins. The shield version just gives an added layer against the outdoor elements, which give me no excuse not to train in the rain! Love this shoe, just wish Nike would bring in more colors for their Shield versions!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    I've been doing a morning bootcamp and started running again. I am often in wet grass and it is lovely to have nice dry feet. I had to go a half size higher than usual for length and found the shoes to be a little wider up top than I'd like, but still comfortable. I probably won't use these for long runs.
