        I've been running in Brooks Ghost for a year, and I have to wear green SuperFeet with them for proper arch support. I was going to buy these Frees as a casual shoe (as I have done in the past with Nike Frees), but I decided to take them for a run. I loved them and continue to love them. I've now run about 80 miles in them, and they are doing really well. They are very light, and I love that they hug my high arches without needing extra support. I have tried Brooks PureFlow in the past for a Performance Neutral shoe, and I thought that was pretty decent, but these are way better. The only drawback to this shoe is the breathability. My feet are relatively hot at the end of my runs compared to my Brooks. My longest run so far in them has been 9 miles, and they were great through the whole run.
