Cons Best Uses
Comments about Nike LunarSpeed Lite+ 2 Racing Shoe: These shoes are a perfect racing flat for a mid to fore foot strikers looking to race longer distances. I would recommend this shoe for 5k to marathon races, although its not the lightest 5k racing shoe. It has plenty of cushioning to save your legs for the later miles in a long road race and give you some calf and Achilles relief. The cushioning makes your landing feel amazingly soft for a shoe that is so light. Caution: this is not a shoe for a heel striker seeing as how there is not enough cushioning, and the heel is very slender. I generally didn't feel the dynamic support system, until my form got sloppy after mile 14 which is a good thing since it doesn't effect your natural stride. All around great shoe!
