I ordered the blue Pegasus 30s that are available in WIDE width. I cannot wear normal width Nike shoes of any kind. The brand runs narrow for me in everything. Im a 10.5/11 and I ordered the 11 in WIDE and they fit me like a glove and give me the extra room I need without my feet feeling all crunched up. Good toe room too as I have duck-wide feet and a square toe outlne.
I ordered mine when they were marked down to $79.95 compared to $100 and now they are $59.95. Thats an ABSOLUTE STEAL. If you like these shoes, buy a few backup pairs. I may order another pair myself at that price because they do everything I ask in a shoe.
Ive put about 250 miles on mine and they still peform great. I also run in Vomero 9s in WIDE width and I think those shoes at twice the price are not twice as good. They might offer a hair more cushion and breathability in the toe, but I think they are a tad heavier and clunkier too.
The Pegasus 30s offer good cushion -- though like any shoe after about 30-50 miles the "fresh reboundness" of the new shoe cushion sensation does level out. Mine have worn very well and I only run on pavement and treadmills.
And unlike the Vomero 9s, the P30s are Nike+ compatible, so I plan to use them with the pod this winter on the treadmill to go with my Nike GPS Sportwatch.
At $59 right now, Im not sure you can buy a better running shoe. I used to wear Nike Pegasus many years ago when they were on version 15 or so, but the shoes just kept getting more narrow for Nike and I became an adidas man. But I told myself Id give Nike another chance if I could find a pair in WIDE width b/c I knew Id never fit my duck feet in normal width Nikes. If you get your fitment correct, these shoes will serve you well.

Ran a Marathon to test them out.

I'm training for the Olympics Brazil 2016, I wanted to improve my endurance by running a marathon for the first time. After many attempts at running ten miles, I finally decided to do something special for my birthday, so I said, why not run a marathon? I needed to be pushed to exhaustion anyway. I usually run my distances in Free Run+3, which is a good shoe for my stride. I run long distances with the technique of a sprinter. I purchase my Pegasus just in time for my scheduled run and I ran in these shoes fresh out the box. It has been recommended that you should first break-in the shoe before going long distances. I disregarded that and took out my birthday present Pegasus +30 Cali Editions for the long haul. Every single mile felt like I was running on pillows. I loved not feeling pain in my toes, ball of the foot, or arch. I ran on concrete and asphalt pavement, both were no match for the comfort of this shoe. I will buy another pair for my shorter distances, I want to keep my Cali's clean!

I absolutely love these shoes. I wore a pair of Peagasus 20 years ago and loved them then, but now I know how good running shoes should feel like. These are one of the best pair of shoes I have ever owned. I run between 10 - 20 miles a week. I usually train for 5k races but like to run 10 milers and half marathons. I am about 5'6" and weigh 130lbs. My pace is around 7 min/mile. These shoes fit well around my feet but do not make my feet go numb or feel tight or loose anywhere. It is amazing. The cushion is great. I run and do not even feel the impact of the road or treadmill. The shoe has pretty good heel to toe transition but I have had better shoes in that area. Finally, everyone compliments me on the California edition. I love how they look. Overall though I love these shoes!!!

My seconds experience with Pegs
5
First i use Peg29, after 750 km of a perfect service i decide to make the change, not because they cant deliver more is just because i need extra cushion due to a feet problem i have. I only have good things to say about Peg29 and that's why i decide to buy Peg30. I have use it only for 20 km so far and already feels like a shoe i have use forever, feel comfortable and the cushion has the Pegasus trademark. Still a slow shoe, its made to last and give KM's to your legs with full protection so, keep it slow and enjoy the ride. I fully recommend this shoe to neutral novice and advance runners looking for a smooth ride, a durable shoe and runners who use another shoe for speed.

Not as comfy as Pegasus 29s
2
I bought these after many happy miles in two pair of Pegasus 29s. Unfortunately, subtle changes in the 30s meant I decided to return these after two runs vs. use them for my fall races. I was always very impressed with the cushioning 29s provided for what felt like a pretty light weight. The 30s are still light, but less cushy, especially in the forefoot. I'm not sure if it is a case of less actual cushioning or a slightly higher heel compared to 29s which had me feeling like my food was sloping downhill just a bit. Either way, not as good, at least for me, as previous version. (6'5", 200, 20-25 miles per week). Oh well, isn't that always the case when you find a shoe you like?

Ultra-comfortable Ride

I run 25-30 miles per week, both on a treadmill and outside. I have worn Nike Air Max Motos for years now, and they recently discontinued the line. As a result, I had to find a new shoe that would meet my expectations, and the new Pegasus exceeds them. I love this shoe; it is extremely comfortable and light compared to my Motos. My body feels good after I run in these. I am 137 lbs., if that helps, but I think these would work well with any weight. Also, I had to buy the half-size up from what I wore in my Motos.

Hurts my feet

I most often used this running on a treadmill, but in the summer I'll hit the road. I love the cushioning which is why I chose this shoe, but the shape of the toe area does not allow my toes to naturally spead out as they should as you run. In fact, it pulls my big toe toward the center of my foot. I initially ordered it to size, but found it too small. I sent it back and got a 1/2 size up which was better, but after running on it awhile I still find it too small and pulling on my toe. This is probably a good shoe if you don't need toe room, but I like my toes to spread out naturally. I'll not order this again.

Comfortable and Light

I love this shoe! I used to run in Air Max Motos, but Nike discontinued the line. I panicked! But, this shoe exceeds any other I have ever run in. They are cushioned, comfortable, and surprisingly light. I can go for miles without any discomfort or aches. The toe box has plenty of room, the width is just right (though I am a woman, I prefer men's running shoes, because there is so much more room in them), and it is like running on pillows. I bounce without sacrificing any speed.

I bought these shoes to use to get out and run more since it had been a while since my last pair and I was getting lazy. They are great to wear around (I have SuperFeet in them to help my arch), run in, or use at the gym. I am in a wet area and they do not keep your feet dry so running in wet conditions can be uncomfortable. They are quite stylish and I have no issue wearing them around casually. I love these and will probably get another pair next time I need new shoes.

No Worries with this Reliable Shoe
5
Very impressed by Pegasus shoes in the past. The 30's actually exceeded my expectations so far. They felt great out of the box and love the California color. It is nice that RRS offers this color. The second time on after a four mile "break in" haha, I ran a half-marthon in them today. No issues with the shoes or feet (I use WrightSock in combination). I'm 6'1" 195 lbs. and the Pegasus delivers. Usually ran 18 miles a week. I have confidence that this pair of shoes is a winner for me. I would recommend them.

Fantastic!

Main takeaway: Great shoe to put on some long miles. I've worn it for two weeks now with no complaints. The toe box is snug enough to not feel like you're swimming but wide enough that it doesn't pinch. The grip is superb on pavement. The shoe is also cushioned enough to absorb the impact but responsive enough that it still feels fast. Anyone putting down more than 20 miles a week should seriously consider this shoe.

Great roadshoe, not meant for track work
4
This is definitely a great road-shoe. I have not had a pair of Nike shoes in several years, but love these shoes when I am on the road. DON'T wear them for track workouts. After having worn them for about a month, I just did my first track workout, and started to get tight achilles by the end of the workout. I have not had achilles issues in the past. If you are needing a track workout shoe, look somewhere else.

Great Shoe! Great Value!

I run 60 minutes 3 times per week. I have run in the Air Pegasus more than any other shoe because of consistent quality and value. I've tried a lot of other Nike products and other brands but keep coming back to the Air Pegasus. I've had to size up from 11 to 12.5 because of orthotics but I don't really have anything negative to say about this shoe.

Stick with a classic
5
I feel like I've had a long term relationship with these shoes. I have been running in Nike Pegasus for the better part of a decade and I love the consistent fit. This is a classic road running shoe for people who admire a traditionally constructed, gimmick-free running shoe that does everything well. Nike hooked me with the integration of the Nike+ sensor and I simply re-order a new pair of Pegasus shoes ever 3 or 4 months.

I'm 5'11 174lbs, run about 20 miles a week on average, complete 6-8 races a year 10k to marathon.
I think these shoes are great. It seems they wear quickly. The cushioning gets mushy after around 250-280 miles for me, but still haven't found anything better. I wore out 5 pair of the Pegasus 29's and am now on my 2nd pair of 30's. Many color options are another great feature.

Can't beat this shoe!!

Love this shoe! I run 5 miles 3 times a week. Had a pair a few years ago, but bought a couple of other brands which were supposed to be better cushioned, and cost much more. I was not satisfied, and recently I decided to go back to the Pegasus. Good decision. The ride in the Pegasus+30 feels better than the more expensive
shoes, and the price is a great bargain! The only problem was that I could not double knot the laces.

Terrible shoe
1
I have run in air pegasus for over 20 years and these are by far the worst shoes. Nike for some reason has doubled the size of the rubber toe cap. This caused my big toes to rub up against the top of the shoe. The 29 had cloth in this area which allowed my toe to flex. The were uncomfortable out of he box. I made the mistake of trying to run in them but had to stop after a mile as my both my big toes were throbbing, What a terrible redesign. What a dissappointment.

Just bought a 2nd pair

Started to pick up the Pegasus 31's but they don't include the shoe pod. I tried other brands such as Asics, and Pumas, but they don't give the cushioning that these 30's give. I also love the traction they give on the road. Sometimes getting gravel stuck in your sole is a little annoying but I guess I've learned to stick with what works. It doesn't hurt that they are at a much reasonable price at this time!

28 - 30, is there a difference?
4
They fit almost as good as Asics (both need a half size up - why do they do that?), but last a little longer. I'm a heel striker and I buy 2 pair at a time, run 9 - 12 miles per week, the heels show excessive wear in 4 - 5 months, which again is a little better than Asics. But, as for differences amongst versions: Just PRICE! I try to buy the "endangered" to save money.

Like the 29's but cool California color
5
I was searching for the Pegasus 29's and of course, they are extinct. So I was nervous to buy the 30's sight unseen. They are just like the 29's with a cool new color scheme. I had no clue this was a special "California" color scheme made especially for RRS. They are great shoes. They feel great, they look great, and they feel like my old ones. Hope you like them too!

It is worth to leave a review

I am always happy with Nike and Roadrunner.
I have been using VOMEROs and I have been really enjoying them but never left a review. This Pegasus, however is beyond what I expected. Straight out of the box I wore for 10 miles and only reminded of the new shoes when I looked down. Superb comfort and cushion, should work for anyone.

Just the Right Shoe

I find this to be a very well cushioned shoe. I love the limited edition that not everyone has. I am going to order another pair tonight. A very good conversation piece. The toe box has plenty oh wiggle room for my toes. Yes, RRS have good advice to order 1/2 size up. Great 5 Star shoe. Yes, they do go well with blue jeans.

I won these Nike Pegasus in Road Runner's 30th anniversary contest. Thank you Road Runner! These are extremely light and very comfortable. I would definitely buy these. My only knock on them is the blue color (I know, it was my choice). I have only seen such a color in one other place: Mimi's eye shadow on the "Drew Cary Show".

I owned a pair of Air Pegasus 26s several years ago, and always like them. However, over the last few years I've tried out different brands/styles. I've come back to the Air Pegasus because, for me, they are a perfect combination of light weight/support/cushion. This is a consistently high-quality shoe, which comes with outstanding value.

Have run in the Pegasus since inception and overall, must say the Nike does a good job. I do like the latest version, but it has a loose feel and it feels a little vague underfoot. Am looking forward to the next model. Please Nike - revisit the Pegasus 28 specs. - that was one of the best!

I use these for running 15-20 miles per week. I was looking for a unique shoe, and this fit the bill. In terms of quality and comfort, these are are one of the best pairs of shoes I've purchased. I liked the colors online, but they really pop when you see them up close. I'm a fan.

Good cushioning

Was a little nervous purchasing these shoes as I've had mixed results with wide versions of Nike shoes, but I've been pleasantly surprised. Cushioning is excellent and the support is fine. Weight is a little more than the Voomero, but the cushioning and support offset that. Will purchase additional pairs soon.

I run on pavement I like the cushioning and support. Very light shoe it's going to be by marathon shoe. So far all positive no negatives. Only have had two weeks. Been trading between three others shoes. I run 30-35 miles a week and walk the same 35 miles a week.

I have had these before and recently bought a new pair to reward myself for getting back to running. My first run was 45 seconds quicker for a 30 min. run but I think most of it was trying to see how the shoes work. I'm very pleased with these new shoes.
