These were the best shoes I have ever had. Tey are so comfortable and fit my foot perfectly. I run short distance track and they are reakky good. I had them for three years without them breaking so they are quite durable.

I love the look, the style, the feel and the comfort of these shoes, although I have only had mine for three months and they are falling apart. Also the one shoe sqeeks everywhere I go whether the shoe is wet or not.

I was a big fan of the Nike 2:40, except those are being discontinued. So I switched to the 2:45 and I like them almost as much. I am ordering another pair before they discontinue these as well.

I am a 140 lb, 5'10 female with a fairly high arch and bought these shoes based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. The toe box is very narrow. I came back from my first run in these shoes with bruised toenails and have since only been able to wear them to the gym for cross-tra...

I trained for and ran my 1st marathon in these, I absolutely love them! They are lightweight, great arch support and very comfortable. I did have to get them about a size bigger than other athletic shoes I wear.

These shoes are amazing! I am 13 years old and am a fast runner. I just got a pair of these two days ago and can already feel a difference! My feet usually get sore but not with these shoes! I reccomend these shoes for a fast runner or sprinter.

What a comforatable ride.Running the trails in New Zealand hills to the flat cane fields in Australia in these shoes never fail to give me a comfortable training run. Breathable light weight shoe. I love the "tongueless" shoe box. I love this shoe!

Is Nike discontinuing this shoe? I would snach up as many as possible since this is my favorite shoe in a long time. And I have had not one single issue with durability. These shoes have lasted a full year of ironman training a racing. Used them for all runs except short races and track workouts.

I tend to run a bit faster at 7 min. or less for miles at a time while training for marathons. My twin bro loves his cogs and I figured I'd give these a try. I really like em. They need a couple runs to break-in but after that it's smooth sailing. Very lightweight and plenty of cushion.

I am a 155 lb. long-time Asics Cumulus runner. But recent Asics redesigns have forced me to reconsider other brands. Awesome neutral, well-cushioned, and FAST shoes. - The earlier Nike Air Tailwind and Air Max models felt too cushioned for my weight. The combination of Zoom Air up front/Shox in back...

These shoes are extremely comfortable, but everytime they get wet, they squeek extremely loud..in grass, on carpet anywhere...very annoying! I've never had such noisy shoes.

Would have given this shoe a higher rating for the comfort level but as far as durability goes I have to say I'm very unhappy. I have just under 300 miles on them and the sole has cracked causing the shoe to make a very annoying squeaking sound when I run.

I am Mizuno runner for years, running exclusively in Riders and Precions. I bought the Shox 2:45 because of the sale price and planned to return them if I wasn't satified. After a few runs, I am very pleased with these shoes. It remains to be seen if the Shox are as durable as the Mizuno brands,...

By far, the most comfortable sneakers I've ever owned. They envelope your feet perfectly. With other sneakers, my feet get sore halfway through my workout, but not with these!!

For me this shoe was replaced by my ever loving Mizuno Wave Creation. It seems to provide better support and last a hell of alot longer than Mizunos. I'm on my 5th pair and I love them. They fit like a glove. The slight pain in my achillies when initially taking off takes one star away. Could j...

I love the fit of these shoes, but after only a few training runs, the inside material is coming down by my left front toe. This problem is forcing me to run with extremely thick socks to overcome the problem. Normally I like the fit and finish of NIke products, but I this shoe material is not holdi...

Follow up: With about 20 miles logged in with the 245's I still have mixed feelings. PROS: these shoes seem to natually promote a faster pace that is easier to sustain than in other shoes (which I assume makes it a good high performance trainer); the forefoot cushoining is ample; heel cushioning, wh...

I have had several different shoes over the last several years, including multiple shox versions. The lower profile and additional columns has made these much more stable. Great cushioning and lightweight too!

I was very unhappy with these shoes. I am a 125# female runner with medium arches that runs 3-4 times a week 4-6 miles. The toe box was very narrow in these shoes and the cushioning was inadequate. It felt like I was running on a piece of thick plastic. I kept plodding through my daily runs for ...

I have been a long time fan of Nike. But like many Nike runners, I have become frustrated with their lack of consistency. They discontinued my favorite shoe, the Span Triax. I decided to give the Shox 2:45 a try. I have a wide foot in front, low arches, but I'm mechanically neutral (minimal prona...
