I used these shoes a couple years ago and here's the jist...they are SUPER comfortable and the forefoot cushioning is fabulous. The Shox (heel) cushioning is very firm, but it's there. It takes some getting used to. However, these shoes increased my pace without any extra effort. There's something t

5'9" 155 lbs, high arch, like soft shoes. bought these at RRS b/c cheap price. ran in once on track x 4 miles. not soft. felt like concrete strapped to my feet. sent back. but they're a good buy.
