Comments about Mens Nike Air Skylon 3 Running Shoe:

Are de best shoes I ever had, I practice marathon with it and they are excellent for this. But I am a woman and I use skylon 3 for men, because in my country there isn't any of them.

Comments about Mens Nike Air Skylon 3 Running Shoe:

I initially liked the shoe, but then the front began to come apart because the shoe was too narrow. I don't recommend them.

Comments about Mens Nike Air Skylon 3 Running Shoe:

I'm a long & triple jumper, and this is a shoe I encourage every jumper and sprinter to get. This shoe is perfect for speed training at 400m and below. Especially pure speed work at 110m and below. Alot of cushion and its the next best thing to not wearing a spike for training.

Comments about Mens Nike Air Skylon 3 Running Shoe:

I've stocked up on this shoe. The name is wrong on the shoe page. This is not the Skylon '03, it is the Skylon 3. The Bowerman line is updated only every 2 years and the '03 would lead one to think that this shoe will be updated in '05. The Skylon 3 isn't due for an update until '06 (color changes don't count as updates). This is still the best light-weight trainer and possibly marathon race shoe I have ever used. I train fast in this shoe and I ran with my wife through her first marathon (Baltimore '04) in this shoe. The only thing that seems to fail on this shoe is that the mesh pulls away from the toe piece on the outside front of the shoe, but this only seems to occur late in the life of the shoe (2 pairs have done this, both after apx. 400 miles). For the true neutral non-pronating runner the Skylon 3 is what the Pegasus was long ago; Lite, Cushioned, and comfortable.

Comments about Mens Nike Air Skylon 3 Running Shoe:

I'm on my 9th pair and I still love them. I don't think I'll ever change unless they are discontinued. Great cushioning and lightweight. My own pair tend to wear out after about 250 miles, but that is just me.

Comments about Mens Nike Air Skylon 3 Running Shoe:

Of the various iterations of the Skylon, this latest is the best so far. As a high-arch, forefoot-striker duathlete, I like the Skylon for both training and racing. Good cushioning in the forefoot.

Comments about Mens Nike Air Skylon 3 Running Shoe:

What a disappointment! Even though I ordered 1 full size larger than shoe size and 1/2 size larger than any other running shoe, these are ridiculously small and NARROW. Nike totally changed the shoe last and it is horrible. Nike has ruined what was once the perfect marathon show. Someone should be taken outside and horse-whipped.
