these shoes are an awesome color and cool with a capital K. they are good for running under 5 miles w/o stopping and are also good for casual wear. I think i might just order another pair!

I'm 5'6 and i weigh 140 and i average 40 mpw. i participate in marathons,10k, 5k, and 1/2 marathons. I've looked everywhere for the "shoe" for me. the cogs are it, they are awsome. they give me the support i need for all the pounding i do. i think i'll order two more pairs.(they're also great for just everyday wear)

I'm very pleased with these shoes. I'm 190 with high arches and they serve me well on asphalt and on a treadmill. They did need a short break in period but overall I would say they were a good purchase.

This shoe is really awesome for MS track distance stuff. I really like the cushioning because it seems that the more that I run in them, the softer and better they feel. BTW, I am 5'7", 140 lbs, slight overpronator, about 15mpw, and I also train in the Nike Free 5.0. Also, the toe box is adequate for my 6 mile runs, but that's just me.

They are great for track work outs, but if you are going to run over 4 miles without stopping, choose another shoe!
