I love these shoes! I only gave 4 stars because the upper material doesn't allow much ventilation. My feet gets very hot. I ran and hiked in these shoes without any pain or blow-outs. I had tried many other shoes and these are the best cusioned shoes I had ever tried. I will be getting the updated model, which has mesh upper.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max 360 Running Shoe:

LOVE these shoes. I wanted something that provided superior cushioning under the midfoot/toe. These shoes do it. Plus, they give great arch support. I felt like I was running on pillows! The only complaint that I have is that the shoes are a bit hot sometimes. (Another reviewer had the same opinion but I thought I'd try them anyway.) Also, the toe box is much smaller than some other Nike shoes, such as the Turbo OH+ and the Nike Rng remix shoe. But, this isn't something that bothered me.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max 360 Running Shoe:

I agree with the bump issue. I notice it only on the left shoe on the outside edge. It's enough to cause a distraction, but after a while into my workout, it's not noticeable. I also found that 1/2-sizing up makes these too roomy. I attempted to exchange, but no they do not have the same color in my exact size. I'm going to look to an insole that might help with both issues. Overall, I'm happy with the shoe--it would be just perfect with a better fit.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max 360 Running Shoe:

In 27 years of running, Nike's Air Max has always been my best shoe. I started buying them after a running injury (compressed disc) and have never had another injury. I run 40 miles/week, and a pair lasts 2 months. Oddly, they start to make a high-pitched squeak just before air chamber failure. I couldn't live without them!

There is some sort of bump in the forefoot of this shoe which does not go away with time. I ran in the first pair I bought for about 4 months and the "bump" is still noticeable. I bought another pair hoping that the bump was just a fluke in that pair but it is in the second pair as well. If Nike would fix the bumps...I suspect a better insole would do this?...these would be fabulous shoes as I have had no problems with blowouts or wear.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max 360 Running Shoe:

I have had this shoe for a few weeks now, training for a half marathon and they are EXCELLENT for heavier runners!(I am 5'8" 190 lbs.) They make running much easier as I simply don't expend as much energy to run the same distance as with my previous running shoes.
I must admit, at first they hurt the bottoms of my feet, and it is almost MANDATORY to replace the insole on this shoe. The insole that the shoe comes with is hard and unusually contoured.
I replaced the insole and now I will not run in anything else!
This is THE shoe for heavier runners!

I was very skeptical about trying nike running shoes because I'm used to Asics and Mizuno. However, I was persuaded to give them a try and I am glad I did! I no longer had stress fractures in my feet and loved the cusioning and support (I have high arches and these are still great). I recently changed sneakers back to Mizuno because the new 360's were too wide but now that I found a site where I can order them from, I'm buying them back! I run between 4 and 8 miles everyday and these are great!

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max 360 Running Shoe:

Don't know where my earlier review went, but I want to repeat: these shoes are phenomenal. I've gone high end -- after lots of research and talking to runners -- on the best of the best (only), and the Nike Air Max 360s beat that brand in several respects. Though I don't run outdoors/on hard surfaces, I do stairmaster several times a week and run stadium stairs. I cannot recommend these highly enough! If you have (very) high arches, and the bottom of your feet are prone to burn, hurt, or otherwise ache, then this is THE SOLUTION.

I purchased two pairs of these shoes in early September (stupidly not thru RRS). Both pairs "blew out", with one shoe, I walked on some broken glass (couldn't avoid) and the other "blew out" from wear and tear. I don't run but I walk a great deal. When I purchased them, I was told the extra expense was because the shoep would last twice as long...wrong! They were comfortable, although a bit stiff. The cost & lack of durability results in a very bad deal!!!!

I have had these shoes for about three weeks now.i weigh about 125, I run outside and at the gym. At first these shoes are comfortable, but after 3 minutes (just walking or even standing) my toes start to go numb. I feel like there is exra pressure or possibly a bump that hits me in a weird spot on the ball of my foot, which not only makes the toes go numb but also makes my arches sore. i thought at first that i would just need to "break them in" but after three weeks i feel that i have given them a fair chance. To bad i will have to keep searching for something that works.

Ok, so I'm not your average reviewer.....nor am I a runner. I'm a pharmacy tech who's on her feet 10 hours a day, 5 days a week and these are the MOST comfortable shoes I've ever worn at work. I don't run 5-6 miles a day but I probably walk that much in the course of a normal workday. I've worn the 360's for 6 months now and they're as comfortable on my feet today as they were the first time I put them on. Good cushioning, no 'blow-outs', good support.....and my feet no longer ache at the end of the day. What more could I ask for, except maybe offer them in white. Medical professionals would thank you.

I have had 4 pairs of these shoes and with one pair I had a "blowout" almost instantaneously without a lot of mileage. I had no luck with replacement through NIKETOWN. Since then, I have always purchased through RRs and have had good luck with the all of them. They are great on the road and treadmill and I wear them when I know I will be doing a lot of walking. Even wore them on the tread across volcanic rock to the lava spill on the Big Island...tough terrain...they held up!! I love these shoes, second to Saucony Grid Hurricanes. The price, I don't agree with and never have but I love to catch them on sale, hope NIKE doesn't change the style, they have done that in the past and I haven't liked AIR MAX for years until this style.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Max 360 Running Shoe:

The only redeeming qualty of this shoe is -- it has very good cushioning. There are so many negative apects that you would be better off spending your money. First, after about 60 miles of running on them on asphalt and concrete (no trails), the air on the sole blew out like a flat tire, rendering the shoe unusable even for walking. My husband and I bought the same shoes. My husband's Airmax 360 blew out after 3 months of use. Second, the shoes are narrow. If you have wider feet, forget this shoe. Third, Nike used a material that is not very breathable. If you use the shoes for long runs, your feet will definitely feel the heat. Fourth, the shoes are rigid. And lastly, for its poor quality, the shoes are definitely not worth $160.

I ran about 30 miles this week in them and felt better than I have in a long time. I have never been a big fan of Nike, but these have changed my mind!

This could be my favorite shoe of all time. Usually I find the feel of some of the cushoined shoes to be too firm. This is like running on frim but pliable resilient cushions. If the midsole is a resistant to breakdown as they say it will be well worth it. It could be the first shoe I discard after outsole wear rather than midsole breakdown. It has a great ride, cushiony, but not too soft as to be unstable.

The worst shoe I have ever had! I weigh 120lbs and run about 28 miles a week. These shoes completely broke down in less than 300 miles! The "air" went to gaping holes and let water in! The first pair came from a running tore, so I had to return to Nike. Nike returned them to me saying there was no fault in the workmanship! RR gives 100% refunds Back to RR and Saucony!

After having shin splint problems on and off for years, I tried this shoe, and it makes me feel like I could run forever. This is definitely the cushiest shoe I've ever tried (and I had tried Saucony, Mizuno, Adidas, etc.). My only compliant, and it's a minor one, is that it could use more arch support. I mean, runners who wear cushioned shoes typically have high arches. But that problem can be solved by buying insoles. Otherwise, this shoe rocks my world!

I'd just about given up on Nike. As far as I'm concerned, Nike got it right with this shoe. The forefoot width and the excellent forefoot and heel cushioning are perfect for me. My weight is 165 lbs. I've run with these shoes now for nearly two months. Were it not for the price, I'd give this shoe 5 stars. I only hope that Nike will leave this model alone and change nothing for a long time to come.

John Brown, have you actually ran in these and if so, how many miles? Why do you feel they are so awful? I think you should give some supporting facts instead of just being a Nike Hater. I am a 5"11, 155lb neutral runner (35-40 miles a week) and I love these. The cushioning is great for long runs, and unlike many neutral trainers, these don't feel flimsy. The transition is smooth and the weight is on par for most of your cushion-plus trainers. The height of the sole is the only thing that took a few runs to get used to, but once I got accustumed to the high soles, they feel great. I have about 200 miles on mine and the durability is great. No breakdown what so ever, so for me, the price while somewhat high, seems worth it.

I have been running these shoes for about a month, and they have been great until today. On my run I stepped on a small stick on the side walk and heard a hiss. Blow out, not good. I only weight like 140. Its a shame for such a comfortable shoe. Now I'm out 150 dollars for shoes that still look brand new with one that has no air in it. What a waste.

These shoes are firm and fairly stiff. I consider them a stability shoe; they control my pronation, where the asics 2110, kayano don't. It's a very different ride, not jarring or like running on a wrestling mat as with most other shoes. Good, firm shock attenuation like with tires. This is the only shoe I know of that doesn't use plastic foam in the midsole, and that's a big plus. Wouldn't take these on gravel or trails that may have goat head thorns though. The bottoms of the shoes are vulnerable. Highly recommend them for heavy runners who need some stability and quality shock absorbtion with bounce to it.

Could someone please comment on whether they felt a slight bump where the pad of your forefoot meets the toes...if so did that go away as you broke them in. I felt they were very cushiony when I tried them in the store but the little "arc" I felt makes me hesitate..it doesn't feel flat and I am worried about numbness. Thanks for any comments.

I don't specifically wear these shoes for running. I predominately use these shoes in surgery standing all day. They are exceptionally comfortable and well worth the money. I have run Boston in the TL3 but this shoe is much more comfortable.

I really like this shoe. Very comfortable. A step up from the Shox TL3 that I replaced. Much better stability than the TL3, and the cushioning feels better too. I am already recommending them to friends.

Great Shoe. I'm 5'10" and 225lbs. Cushioning is great. I usually destroy shoes in a short period of time, not these.I have been running in them know for several weeks now and they seem to be even better/more comfortable than at the beginning. I don't know about lighter runners, but for big guys who need cushioning these are the best.

Kind of hard to rate a 5 on anything but have to try to skew the ratings back to where this shoe belongs. I am a large runner at 6'2" 195 and love the cushioning. Kind of early for a rating as I only have one run in them. 10.5 miles and they felt great. Will stop back with an update after my 1/2 marathon next month.

I wasn't sure about purchasing this shoes because they are very over priced, but now I am glad I bought them. It took a few runs to really break them in but now I love them. No soreness the next day, and they don't bottom out like other shoes when running down hill. And I'm not a heavy runner 5-10 and 145#'s. So I believe the shoe could be suitable for many size and weights. For a neutral shoe they feel stable to me. Nice shoe Nike, just come down on that price.

Just got these not too long ago and Nike has made a believer out of me. I was skeptical at first but was urged to give them a try so I said why not. The shoe felt a bit strange at first, almost like it was oversized. Once I got into my rhythm I was done with my run before I knew it and was running at a faster pace than I had planned. Gone was the ankle and hip pain I had with my last pair of shoes, and gone was the joint soreness the next day. I used to be a Nike basher but these shoes have made me change my mind, at least for a little while.

I bought this shoe when it first came out. Now after having had them for a couple of months. The shoes have started causing my arch to hurt. Upon further review when i plant my foot the cage around the air hits the outside of my foot. So I've now made these my casual shoes instead of my actual running shoes. I'll stick to my asics from now on.

I'm going with James on this one. I didn't do marathon training (yet) in my pair of 360's, but they're still ripe for the pickin' on that front. As a medium frame kinda guy with average weight, these shoes reminded me immediately of the first time I put on a pair of Nike's brand spankin' new Kukini (the first type, not that weird looking mesh-upper clunky looking thing). Point being - they do initially feel narrow. It took at least twenty or so miles for me to really get them to "break-in" - which is something modern running shoes should not need according to Runnersworld, etc... So, for 160 smackeroos - Nike, you still have some work to do in my book, but you're getting there.

OK, I'm back after a month+ of running in these shoes. I'm not a high mileage runner (16-20 miles per week) but they are the best shoes that I've run in. They were exceptionally great after the 5th run were they seemed to have "adjusted" even more, like jeans. I'm a heavier runner (180 pounds) so the cushioning is greatly welcomed. I can't complain about $150 when addidas has a shoe that costs $250. I would but another pair without hesitation, but I honestly hope the advetised durability comes through.

I tried on this shoe 2 weeks ago and it seemed way to clunky feeling and almost heavy. Not what, I'd call innovative or having new technology! Too much plastic and although, no doubt, improved durability it seems more of fashion statement than anything special!

I can't believe any shoe is worth what Nike is charging for this shoe. Nike's are always great for about 150 miles then break down. I don't plan on spending this kind of money on a shoe that I really doubt will hold up any better than the rest.

Got about 50 miles on these so far and have come down with Plantars Faciitis. Also the pillars under the ball of the foot bed in shoe causes my toes to go numb after 4 to 5 miles. Cushioning is great. I've informed Nike about my problems and they actually responded back to me and asked to keep them informed. I'll heal up and retry one more time; after all I did pay 160.00 for them.

I have run in Adidas for 10 years but decided to give this shoe a go. Honestly, I had difficulty finding a Nike shoe I couold run in as I have high arches and pronate. I have about 50 miles on the 360's and they are great! If your a medium to heavy runner and pronate (or have hi arches) these shoes will work. The cushioning is also a 4 star performance for me at 180 pounds.

For $160, I thought I'd get a lot more quality and performance mileage. I'm at 165 miles and these shoes are breaking down cushioning wise and soles are beginning to wear out. Frankly, not much better than shoes in the $80 range.

Love these shoes!! I have been wearing Mizuno's for years and bought these because I was having some knee/hip pain. I thought the extra cushioning might help. I have put these shoes through 4 6 milers and I am impressed with the lightness, spring and cushion. I've been wearing Adidas for years but after they discontinued my model I decided to give Nike another try. So far, I'm not disappointed. I bought them 1/2 size larger than I normlly wear and the fit seems better than Nikes that I have worn in the past.

Very nice cushioning, great traction, and very light for the protection it provides. I'm not sure why so many people disliked this shoe, but it is great and if it lasts as long as its supposed to then it deserves 5 stars. My only complaint is the narrow toebox because I have wide feet.

I have worn Nike for 25 years. I love Nike Shox and Total Shox. This shoe is comfortable and very cushioned. I ran 8 miles in them the first day and no foot or back pain. I sometimes experience numbness in my legs due to back problems and this shoe allowed me to run pain free.

I'll admit I wanted to try a million dollar shoe; er-$160; they sure sound great; don't they. Oh yeah, Nike has a high priced mega-cushioned shoe; yeah!!! yeah!!! These shoes are absolutely horrid. I wouldn't let my worst enemy run in them. Guess Nike has to figure out a way to pay for the high priced sponsor contracts for Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods. People if you have a brain, don't waste your hard earned dollars on these shoes, you'll be better flushing your money down the crapper!!!!!!
