I purchased this for the heart rate monitor and found that it worked the first couple of times I used it but rarely works now. The only thing it is good for is to time my runs. I could have gotten something a lot cheaper to do this.

I have been running with the C8 for 3 months. I found thatit has all the feature for running. It has split time, interval timers for run-walk and a single programmable heart rate zone. The Benson button allows to toggle from different views during a run which is fantastic. I found the heart rate monitor to be just as accurate as the more expensive brands. The draw back is that it only has 10 memory for storage and the Benson button can be a bit small to press to toggle during a run. value for money.
