the only thing it does well is holding your ipod. but it is very difficult to use the ipod in this thing. it's very frustrating if you're running and want to use the ipod.

I agree with the other reviews regarding the sweat issue. If you run more than a couple of miles the band gets soaked and sweat gets inside an on the iPod. You have to remove the iPod to clean it out otherwise it sticks and the buttons won't work.
I have regular sized biceps(14") and this thing barely fits around them.

This product is garbage. Buy a $180 dollar Ipod to work with Nike + sensor that can't be calibrated. Then add this product that allows sweat into your Ipod. Bad execution! If you are male with decent size biceps, putting this on is like tying off for a fix. Apple store sells a better one.....

This is a nice unit other than u have 2 take out every time u run because it does not get 2 protected from sweat!
