I love this HRM even the chest strap is more reliable than the polar I think it's because it's made of the plastic. Although after having it for about 6 months the watch strap broke and there is no way to fix it. I don't remember where on-line I ordered it but I will be contacting nike to see if they will fix it. I highly recommend it if you like to know how long you run, how long in your in you're zone and how many calories you burn.

This is a pretty good item, a better HRM than you'd get from Polar for the same money. The chest-band material is not as advanced as Polar's new stretchy kind--it's a basic hard-rubber transmitter-belt--but it's very sensitive and reliable. And the transmitter works with your standard cardio machines at the gym! The watch is very good, with stopwatch and interval counter, but lacks one crucial element: a lap counter. This watch is for cardio work, the Imara Run is for running. I don't see why both functions can't be combined.

Was able to figure out some of the basic functions, but have to return it b/c it hurts my ribs. It is very hard in the middle and pushes against me.
