Comments about Mens Nike Element Long Sleeve 1/2 Zip Technical Tops: This shirt is very comfortable as a base layer. I'm 5'10 155lbs and ordered this in medium. The fit is not tight like a compression shirt and the sleeves are a nice length. The they could be longer to make easier use of the thumb holes but the top is so stretchy that if your out running and need to warm those hands you can tug those thumb holes down and get some hand coverage.

I haven't stop wearing it was it's fabulously warm in cold weather and not hot in warm weather! It's a terrific biking and general all purpose top. I have even ordered another one!!
