        This a great shoe for someone with a neutral gait that needs plenty of cushion from the rocks and roots of the trail. It is light weight and very flexible but provides excellent cushioning. The upper drains extremely well and the sole provides excellent traction in all conditions.

          I came across these looking for something with a bit more padding for Ultra-distances. I've historically been a fan of minimal-esque shoes but on stuff >20-miles of trail my ankles were taking a beating. After a few short runs the week before I headed out on a 37-mile run with these and they didn't disappoint. Very comfortable with plenty of cushion, a wide toe box, and good traction. These turned out to be a good mix of padding but super flexible and very minimal uppers. Were the perfect shoe for a long desert trail. Only downside I can see is that they may not be great for very technical trails as my feet tended to slip off the sides on rough off-camber stuff. But overall A+.
