      - we were attracted with the satisfaction warranty and the VIP membership perks... my daughter ended up using it for running and walking trails for a few weeks and she felt uncomfortable with it, went back to the store explain the situation and they replaced it with Kevin ensuring the accuracy of our purchased... very knowledgeable and very helpful reps.

      I love everything about this shoe. It is flexible and light, breathes well in the Las vegas heat. It has good traction and cushion. I haven't determined, yet, if the soles will stand up to our rocky trails. It gave me hot spots on the back of both heels the first time I wore them, but they come up higher than my previous shoes. Second run still rubbed some (10 mile run). I am hopeful that my feet just need to get used to them.
