Best Uses Comments about Nathan Nutrition Flask 10 ounce 3 pk Hydration: I like Nathan's bottle better than other brands when it comes to design, ease of use, the cap, etc. However, this bottle is too tall for my belt and when I go running w/ the 10 oz. size, if the bottle is full, it falls out within 5-10 mins of my run. Thus, I would caution anyone interested in purchasing this bottle to test the size and make sure it remain secure in your belt for a long period of time. Pros

Exactly what I needed for long training runs for my fuel belt. It's 3 or 4 of these is enough fluid for a pretty long training runs. Pros

I misplaced one of the flasks so decided to order the replacement flasks. It's just the right size for training runs or even races. Displaying reviews 1-6
