Comments about Nathan Trail Mix 2 Bottle Holder Hydration: I opted for this pack because of clip closure instead of just velcro even though it cost a bit more and I'm glad I did. It's easier to adjust and fits better. Pocket is the perfect size. Bungee chords on the sides are convenient for holding hat, jacket, dog leash.

I have an iPhone 3GS in an Otterbox Defender, and it fits in the pocket, it's tight but it fits well enough I can remove/replace it while running. Your arms do not strike any part of it while running. The bottles do bounce a little when full, but it was easy to find a comfortable position for the belt to minimize the bounce. I have a 32" waiste and wear a medium. I can not say enough about this product. I have thought about purchasing the belt that has four bottles on it, but have yet needed it. When it's really hot, I wear a camel back.

I bought it mostly to hook the dog leash to it when running with my two dogs, the elastic has some give when they pull but not too much. Used it on a 12 mile run (without the dogs) and worked great, didn't move around and wasn't too bulky or heavy, even with both 10oz bottles filled.

It's perfect since it fits my inhaler, keys, ipod, and also has a medical ID card inside that makes me feel safer. Fits snug and I don't really notice I am wearing it.
