However, my arm was bleeding after a 5 mile run from a rough seam on the inside of it which rubs against your skin. If its worn over long sleeved shirt it would be fine.

Comments about Nathan RockBand Arm Band iPhone/iTouch Holders: Good holder for my iPod. The band is very comfortable but could stand to be a bit wider. The case for the iPod seems to move around a bit when running but the case for the earphones makes up for it. The case for the earphones works great and keeps the extra cord out of my way while running.
