      I love this water bottle. My family has a bunch of them. Its a great, functional straw that you don't have to bite (like the CamelBak one). Not for running as it will leak, but great for everyday use.

      Terrible choice for runners. No way to grip easily especially on long runs unless you have above average sized hands. Also, it drips a lot during your run so your hands get sticky. Only get this if you are a walker or hiker, but this bottle is not designed well for runners.

      this is NOT for use while running, cycling or any activity - it's for pre or post use - and it works fine for it's intended use. They fixed the "leak" which was some water caught in the cap with the newest ones, which RRS now ships. Drink up!
