True, true on the size thing. It helps to try it in the store, and even get one smaller than you think. When you add water, plus start sweating it can loosen. I end up tightening mine over the course of my long runs.

Sounds like you got the wrong size! My belt works fine but I tried them at the San Diego store so it made it easier. I like the new one way cap on these bottles.

This product was awful and for three reasons: 1) The velcro belt is too loose and a number of times I unhitched it with my hand. 2) With all four packs full, the elastic belt would slide down a little with each stride requiring me to stop and retighten the belt ever few minuets. 3) Once the bottles were empty, they had the tendency to pop out of the holsters. What a nightmare!
