I've used one or another of this product for probably 8 years or so. It's perfect for me. It seems like it may bounce a bit more on women, but seems fine for guys. It's just a nice simple design with nothing tricky behind your back, though it is often best to hold the bottom of the holder with one hand while pulling out with the other. Pouch is perfect for holding a little TP in a ziploc, Gu, and a small key. Eventually have to get a new one when the zipper has broken off or gotten too frozen up with dried sweat/salt.

I just want to say that Road Runner sports does good business. I ordered it on a Monday and got it on a Thursday. That's fast!
The pack it self is essential. I am training for a half marathon. I have never run distances to this extent before and am not used to drinking water on my runs. However training for this has made me realize water is essential for performance and safety.
I didn't want a lot of water or to wear something that was heavy/bulky and hard to adjust. So I read the reviews and choose this product to meet my needs. I am very pleased with it. The straps vecro and are easy to adjust,the pocket fits my Iphone sans it's case. The only draw back is that after 4 uses the bottle leaks all over the place. Luckily it does not get my Iphone just everything else. I end up thinking about it a lot. So I have decided to order a camelbak bottle from this site and see how that fairs. The pack it self is great though!

I use this while running. I'm a bigger girl, so the pack ends up being cinched right under my ribs. It feels dorky, but I like having something to drink. The zip pocket has a tab through which you can string headphones. That's cool. My only complaint is that the bottle leaks. On hot days and after a few drinks, that doesn't matter, but a wet bum/leg isn't much fun.

The hydration pack is perfect for my needs. The water bottle is easy to take out of the pack while I am running. The side poach is big enough for a cell phone or digital camera.

This is a good bottle holder. Takes a while to adjust so that it does not bounce while running. Found that I had to wear it tighter than I had originally set to keep it in place, however that was not uncomfortable.

The belt is one of the better bottle holders for running. Like the strap that keeps the bottle "locked" into the holder.

Works perfectly. Have worn it comfortably on the front and back. Usually use it on runs over 7 miles, but have to refill on 14 mile runs.

The pack is well constructed, the angle is great for getting the water bottle out. The belt strap could be better. Perhaps a bit of elastic in the belt for a more comfortable fit. The strap itself does tend to loosen (just a bit) during a long run. Maybe even a slightly larger storage pocket.. Overall a good piece of equipment

It is a little heavy when the bottle is full. Once you take a drink or two it is fine. Good for the trails. Haven't used it on the roads. Overall pretty good.

It's been brutally hot this summer, and I'm using this even for short runs. It's far better than the last waist pack I had: it's easier to adjust and has very little bounce, as these things go.

Great for running. Fits right in the middle of your back and does not bounce. Alittle stretchy on the adjustment strap, but still works well

I just used this for the first time on a 12 mile run. It was comfortable on my waist, didn't bounce. I especially liked the velcro tabs that allow you to roll up the extra belt webbing so it doesn't flop around (that problem has always annoyed me with other waist packs I've used). The bottle is easy to access on the run, has a bungee that loops over the top to keep it from falling out. The zipped pocket is a little smaller than I would have liked. I can fit a couple of gels and a key, but nothing more. Cell phone won't fit. Water bottle is nice, washed it in the top rack of the dishwasher, top spout is easy to pull out.

I prefer a one bottle holder to the others with 2 or 4, I do cinch it pretty tight but have had no problems on long runs with it.

Wondering if the bottle is dishwasher safe since I have been washing it in dw. The pack is great. I am narrow in hips and it fits great and is comfy. I do have to cinch it tight to eliminate movement but it works great for running on trail. I have used mine about ten times and have had no problems. Just wish it wasn't pink/gray and didn't show dirt.

I also had the clasp break. In fact, just emailed Nathan asking about replacement parts. Bummer because otherwise, I really like the hydration, triangle pak.

How's this for customer service? Not ten minutes ago, I contacted Nathan about my broken clasp. Then visited here and saw Tacsavage review, wrote mine. Back to my email and Nathan customer service had responded, saying replacement clasp and extra was on the way. I'm ordering a second triangle pak now.
