Comments about Nathan Sprint 10 ounce Hydration: I've been searching for the best way to carry water on my longer runs for years. I hate having anything around my waist. Belts bounce around too much for me. I used a water pack for a long time, but that bothered my back on really long runs and I was tired of feeling weighted down. I had already tried handheld bottles a while back and thought I had given up on them, until I came across the Nathan Sprint at a marathon expo. The grip and hand positioning are much, much better than other ones I've tried. On my 21 mile training run, I hardly noticed I was holding this water bottle. I was able to keep my hand relaxed, unlike with other handhelds I've tried. It is also designed so you can sip without having to gulp air. I will definitely be using this one during the New York Marathon next month. Only con is that since I've ditched my water pack, I need to find a new way to carry my gels. There is only a small pocket (for a key or maybe some money) on the Nathan Sprint.
