This is THE hydration belt for a run training run. I have tried other brand, but they all rise up or spin around my stomach and always had to adjust. Not with Nathan. Nathan got the belt design right, and I never had to adjust them while on the run. They always stay on, and transition of bottle in and out are smooth yet steady. The front zipper pocket keeps my smartphone in place (a little tight but also means they don't bunch around) I added another pocket so I can carry a sunglass and couple of gels. I'm very happywith the design.

    I have tried other belt hydration packs and this has got to be the best one. Light weight and secured (won't bounce). In addition, the race cap allows easy access to fluid with just a slight squeeze.

    Because it is designed to be slim and compact, there is not much storage room for large items like a phone or wallet. There is enough room for a couple of gel packs, a key, credit card or some cash. I can easily do 10-13 miles without needing a refilled.
