Comments about Nathan Sprint Plus 10 ounce Hydration:

This hand held is very easy toehold - I often forget its even on my hand. The way your thumb goes through the holder means you don't have to grip it. It is NOT however easy to get out of the holder to wash. I have tried many ways and almost ripped it so I just do my best cleaning it when it's in the holder. The pocket is just big enough for a key gel or powdered Gatorade. The valve design is nice too bc you don't have to open anything - just drink yet it does not leak.
