Comments about Nathan QuickShot Plus Insulated Bottle 8 ounce Hydration: I've been using this type of hand-held flask for many years, and decided to treat myself to this new one. I like the additional few ounces, and use it on all my runs, even marathons. I love that it is reflective, even if my hand covers most of it, every little bit helps in the winter o'dark hours. I also love the pouch--big enough for my key, lipbalm, a gel, and a few $$ for emergencies or coffee after a good workout. thumbs up!

Comments about Nathan QuickShot Plus Insulated Bottle 8 ounce Hydration: I use this on runs over an hour...great for marathon training however it will take some getting used to...at 1st my biceps ached from the weight (I know, whimpy) but got used to it and its better than wearing a belt which I have issues with bouncing and causing burn marks.

Comments about Nathan QuickShot Plus Insulated Bottle 8 ounce Hydration: This is the perfect size (for me) to take on shorter, long runs (7-10 miles.) The top didn't leak and I didn't notice water sloshing inside or anything. The holder part is a bit tricky to get one and off the bottle (for cleaning for example) -- afraid if I'm not careful I'll rip something.
