Excellent product for endurance. I use it for my 22 mile bike commute. Two tablets for a regular bike bottle. Product is especially good for anyone that has stomach problems attributed to using the other sweetened drink mixes.

Just used this product for 300+ mile bike ride and was perfect for electolyte balance without the sweetness or stomache issues I experienced with Gatoraid. The best product I have used for this purpose.

We use these in our water packs on long rides and find them a great alternative to water without the additional (excessive) sweetness. They're easy to use (just drop them in), though they aren't sized to camelbak pouches, and the mixing math can be challenging early in the a.m.! However they get pricey if used as directed with 100 oz. containers. PLEASE STOCK THE LARGER TABLETS--that drops the cost per ride by about $.50. We also like Vitalyte, but that supplies more calories and sugars than the grown-ups in our group need.

I don't tolerate Gatorade/Powerade, etc. well at all, and these work great for me. The taste is not overpowering and they don't give me the gunky dry mouth after a few miles or the upset stomach of anything else I've tried. They are great, especially for touchy tummies!

Drop a tablet into a water bottle and it's good to go. It fizzes and dissolves in about a minute. Tastes surprisingly great; no salty aftertaste.
