      If you are not a -lean forward to run - kind of runner, you might feel numbness on your toes, but overall this is a great shoe to run with. It gives you that extra sprint to go a little faster without the effort. Love them!

        This is my second pair of Lady Isaac's. I'm a heel striker and am trying to change my gait to more mid-foot striking. The Newtons do this. My last pair, while worn slightly at the heel, were mostly worn in the mid-foot area. So that tells me they're working. I wear orthodics while running in these shoes, so buy a half-size up from my street shoe size. I find them comfortable and easy to run in.

            I have tracking issues with my knees. I am a life long Asics fan but was having to give up running because my knees hurt so bad. A friend suggested Newtons and my knees feel great. Ran a half marathon with no knee pain! You have to spend about four months getting used to them but will never go back.

              I really like these. Tried them on the advice of a friend. I have a natural midfoort strike so I didn't notice any changes in that but I did shave about 20 seconds per mile from my normal time. They are very comfortable but I would have sized up another half size from my street shoe size. I'm planning to run short runs in these so my feet will not swell much and I'll be able to use them without any problems. The ride is a tad firm and I think I will add the bounce insole to these. I normally run in Asics Nimbus or Kayanos and they have a lot more cushion in them but they felt like bricks after wearing these. I am a neutral runner for the most part but I like a little more pronation control in my longer runs. The most I've run in these has been 4 miles so I don't know if they will provide enough support as the miles are added So far, they feel pretty supportive

                This shoe was a happy surprise to me. I have been trying to transition to a midfoot strike with minimal pain. I put these babies on and ran 13 miles my first run. It was great! I feel like they have totally changed my running gait and style. I would love to try the women's distance shoes! have never been happier with new running shoes!
