Best Uses Comments about Womens Newton Running BOCO AT Trail Running Shoe: I've been running in Newtons for three years, and recently have added off-road running to my repertoire. This shoe doesn't feel like a Newton to me. Very stiff and no lugs to force the turn over that I've become used to.

Comments about Womens Newton Running BOCO AT Trail Running Shoe: I am on my 3rd Boco AT's and all 3 have developed holes where the big toe is. The latest shoe I have had for a week and already showing signs of holes starting. I love the shoe and how it feels. I just don't like the holes! Only shoe that has done this and I have been in Newtons for years!

Comments about Womens Newton Running BOCO AT Trail Running Shoe: These shoes are great for rocky, rooty, muddy trails. The Newton lugs provide extra protection from rocks. The traction of the Boca AT is an improvement over the Terra Momentum. The only cons are that they do not drain well and they are hot because the upper material is not typical mesh. The shoes stay wet and sloshy for a long time after a stream crossing, which is really annoying in a race. I wish Road Runner Sports carried the Boca Sol because it looks like they would drain better.

Comments about Womens Newton Running BOCO AT Trail Running Shoe: I have enjoyed running in Newtons. This is my first pair and I have had them for 4 months, running about 2-3 times per week (6-12 miles per week). I did put inserts in (from RR Sports), which cause some discomfort on the tops of my feet when the shoes are laced.

Comments about Womens Newton Running BOCO AT Trail Running Shoe: I've been running in Newton Gravities for a few years and I love them, but I avoided running on gravel or trails because little pieces of gravel would get stuck in the lugs and it drove me nuts. I read tons of reviews online for the Newton BoCo AT's and decided to give them a try. I love them. I now do my long Saturday runs on the trails. These aren't my main running shoes, but they're really nice to add to the rotation. I also think these will be perfect in the snow.

Comments about Womens Newton Running BOCO AT Trail Running Shoe: I only run in Newtons and love them. Until now, I wore Momentums for trail running, but they lacked the traction needed for more technical trails. The Boco has the lugs of a real trail shoe and provides much better traction. I also find the toe box to be just right: comfortably roomy, not too wide. This is the trail shoe I was waiting for!
