I bought this drink on the recommendation of Road Running salesman. It may have the nutrients needed, but it is tasteless. I follow directions, but I like some taste to my drink. I will not buy again.

I enjoy the lighter flavor of this compared to other products on the market aimed at endurance athletes and runners, such as Nuun and gatorade. Osmo active has a very natural fruit (not candy-artificial) flavor and it once you become used to it, you will probably prefer it, also. The blackberry is my favorite, but orange is also tasty as an alternative. The powder dissolves easily and I haven't had any issues with clumping. You can "nerd out" on the osmo website and find out all the great nutritional and fueling benefits of osmo.

I am a pro runner who has tried MANY products on the market. I like and appreciate the healthy and uniquely light flavor of Osmo. The product boosts my energy and hydration before, during, and after runs and races. I have a sensitive stomach and have had no issues with Osmo products. Highly recommend trying this form of hydration as the summer months are upon us. If you prefer your taste to be stronger, simply cut a few ounces of water per scoop.

I use Osmo Active Hydration during longer workouts or when it is hot outside, since I train many hours a day and sweat a lot.

I like that Osmo has real scientific data backing its efficacy: look on the website or in PubMed (not just press releases making absurd claims).

I have raced both triathlons and cycling races with Osmo for 2 yrs now with better results than other sports drinks. Finally a drink where I dont cramp up at the end of a race!

I have used always used Gatorade endurance in the past and loved but by the end of training and race day (marathon) found to be hard to put down. Since I have used Osmo I have not had that issue and had great results. The taste is great and you dont taste all the sugars like others. ALso the great part is the high sodium levels helps in longer and hotter races. I have become a user for life. Highly recomend.
