I am a pro runner and having practiced hydrating with many different types of mixes and Osmo active is by far the most beneficial for my performance before, during, and after workouts and hydration. I have a sensitive stomach and Osmo has never upset it in the least. I also am very health conscious and I appreciate a small company and reliable product that is free of artificial colors and sweeteners.

    I just read about the creator, Dr. Sims, and how less sugar means quicker transfer to my cells - technical, but I no longer have ths sloshing stomach. I use the stick packs on my ride, and have a couple in my run bag also - for an emergency. Lightly flavored this is one of my go-to drinks!
