    I am not a fan of protein powders BUT Osmo recovery has really been a great supplement to my routine. I am a pro distance runner and after runs and workouts and gym sessions this recovery powder has been a huge hit. I flew through my first container and LOVE the 'creamsicle recipe on the back. In the winter
    I mixed it with hot cocoa powder and made a lovely protein packed hot chocolate. The vanilla is a great universal flavor and after trying many kinds of protein powders, Osmo recovery has rocked my running.

      I use this after any hard or long training day.
      I mix it with vanilla or chocolate almond milk.
      Has protein for recovery and I like the taste.
      I find that I recover more quickly for my next day.
      I usually follow the Osmo drink with a sandwich or a dish with some rice.
