    Comments about Petzl Tikka Plus 2 Safety:

    I bought this to run a 24/7 relay event that required night running - one of my legs was at 3am. However, long before that I have always enjoyed night runs. I use it regularly for night runs and find it very useful and comfortable. I can wear it over a ballcap, but I usually wear it over a headsweat for comfort and sweat absorption. This headlamp is a great combination for sports enthusiasts for these reasons:
    - relatively lightweight for it's power
    - bright and dim modes - I find that the dim mode often suits me and saves the battery
    - red mode is essential for night sailing and other activities where preventing night-blindness is a concern
