I like the vanilla because it doesn't have any caffeine. It kind of tastes like cookie dough. It gives me an energy boost and digests well. Not nearly as thick as GU. I buy them by the box for long runs and marathons.

Love the chocolate flavor - I got nauseated trying to down some of the fruit flavors. The chocolate one is like eating chocolate frosting - not too slimy like the fruit flavors. I eat one about 30 minutes before my long run and one in the middle of it. My stomach tolerates it well.
