I won't be going back to GU - the consistency of powerbar is a lot smoother, and the extra sodium is a huge bonus if you don't want to upset your stomach by mixing gels & sports drink. Recommended!

The latte flavor is great if you like coffee. The green apple if you like jolly ranchers. Neither made me gag - a big plus for gels! Gels give you that boost for 10+m runs.
