I attribute my ability to finish my first marathon to the energy I received from these gels. You can definitely feel the difference when you take them. I never had any stomach issues and always felt better after each gel pack

I recently ran a full and used these on the course as well as on my long runs. I tried several flavors as well as several other gels and preferred these over all the others. The Tangerine had a great taste, broke down very quickly for me compared to the other gels, and had the intended effect. Go
