This stuff is the best!! It is the only drink that I found to help me during my long runs for my marathon training. I tried several others, but nothing gave me the endurance that I needed like this stuff.

Use it for hydration and energy during long runs in my camel pack. Let's me extend my runs and much quicker recovery time. Tastes great.

I also tried this as a result of receiving a sample in the mail. I got excellent results!! I run and weight train, but am usually energy deprived after my run, leaving my weight training to be less than optimal. When i used this drink with my workout i had more energy than ever! After i ran i felt like i had just started my workout and had the power and motivation i needed for my weight training. I highly recommend this product.
