I absolutely love this stuff and live by it. It helped me recover for every run while competing in our Wild Miles Adventure Relay. My muscle would ot have lasted for the 4 legs I ran without this stuff. The taste is similar to Tang. Definitely best when served very cold.

Best tasting recovery drink I've had (tried Endurox and various protein shakes). Has a mildly sweet taste and very little of the sour aftertaste some drinks have. Definitely keeps me feeling good until I can get a meal.

Maybe this product works, maybe not, but the Tangerine tastes like cr*p. I prefer Endurox
