          I eat a Pure & Simple bar for breakfast and then again as an afternoon snack. The peanut butter is my favorite. It's a small sized bar but it really satisfies your hunger. And I carry one in my purse for times that I can't eat a sit down meal. I feel good about eating something so healthy yet so yummy. And it's a great substitue for a candy bar when your body is wanting something sweet!
